Dr. Gold obtained his BS with highest distinction at Penn State University. He then completed medical school and graduated magna cum laude from Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Gold completed his OB/GYN Residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He then completed his Gynecologic Oncology fellowship at University of Oklahoma. He is double board certified in OB/GYN and GYN ONC. He is Associate Professor at Oklahoma State University. He has authored hundreds of publications and book chapters. He is a key player in the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) – yeah, the answer guide for all the cervical screening questions. However he is on the ABC faculty because of his numerous teaching awards. His soft spoken and gentle manner helps that GYN Oncology go down like a spoonful of sugar.
