Faculty - John Gordon, MD, FACOG

Dr. Gordon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Biology from Princeton University. He then went to medical school at Duke. and completed his OB/GYN residency at Stanford University.  He went on for his REI fellowship at UCSF. He is board certified in both general OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He serves as Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville. He is the Medical Director of Southeastern Fertility and has received numerous teaching awards, including the APGO/CREOG National Teaching Award. He is the author of Obstetrics and Gynecology: Handbook for Clinicians, now in its 6th edition and has sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. Based on popular demand, he then also wrote Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility - Handbook for Clinicians. Dr. Gordon, a stand-up comedian disguised as an REI, is the only one we know of that can make REI fun and funny.
