Dr. Morris went to the University of North Carolina on a swimming and diving scholarship and was an ACC Conference diving finalist 3 of his 4 years. He somehow found the time to complete his BS in Business Administration. Whereas the trend now is to get your MBA after your MD, he was ahead in paving the path and stayed on at UNC for medical school. Evidently he had more time to devote to studying rather than diving and received the James Bell Bullitt Award for the outstanding senior medical student. He then completed his residency at the University of Alabama where he received the Argus Society Award for the most outstanding resident again 3 of his 4 years. He also received the Charles Flowers, Jr. Award for excellence in teaching. He is in private practice in Charlotte, NC. He provides a common sense, no nonsense, and practical approach to give a true generalist perspective to the exam. This is after all, your general OB/GYN board exam.
