ABC happily provides breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday (general course) and breakfast and lunch Friday through Sunday (subspecialty courses).

Dinner is on your own and you have many options. If you are participating in an evening session, we will have hotel menus available for you to preorder food.  You can charge to your room or pay via credit card.

PLACES TO GO

A 24 hour complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is provided by the hotel. This service is offered on the hour, half hour and upon request. Please check with the front desk to arrange your shuttle service to the airport.

• Note: If the hotel shuttle is available, feel free to ask if they will take you where you need to go (on an as needed basis).

Charlotte's Light Rail is a great way to get to beautiful Uptown Charlotte. There is a station nearby and the hotel shuttle will take you if needed. It runs every 20 minutes from 5:30am - 1:00am. Cost is $2.20 for a one-way trip.  

HOTEL AMENITIES

Internet access is complimentary for guests who booked rooms through the ABC corporate hotel block at the rate of $139.00 per night.  You may need to log in like you are purchasing; however, any internet charges will be removed from your final bill.  You may contact the front desk if you have questions… and be sure to let them know you are with ABC!
