Note: On July 23rd, a change in course modality by the registrant will incur a $250 changeover fee.  You will be invoiced for this amount, and once payment has been made, we will switch you over.

MAHEC INFO: 

Before your registration for the August ABC Course is finalized, the above link, for our Accreditation Provider (MAHEC), must be completed. Once you have opened the link above, simply click the blue “Register” box in the top right of the page and select your session credit type (either Oral/ Written in person, or Oral/Written Live Webinar(virtual)).  There is also a selection for attending or not attending the optional workshop on Aug 5th as well - this applies only to Oral Candidates. Then select “Registration for free credit", how you heard about this event, and “add to cart.” Follow the prompts to check out, and once completed, you will receive an email that you are successfully registered. **Please note two items on the last page before submission. First, we recommend that the PIN number you choose be the last 4 digits of your phone number, as you will be using this PIN number throughout the course for your daily attestation links. Second, as a last step to complete your registration, there is a cancellation policy that must be checked even though it does not apply to you, as you are not paying for CME. Note that the ABC cancellation policy supersedes this policy. However, the box still must be clicked in order to complete your registration. After your registration is finalized and accepted by MAHEC, you will receive a confirmation email from them.

Test Taking Skills Online Course

Have you ever scored less than 200 on your CREOGs? If so, you could be in danger of failing your written board exam.  The greatest success stories come from registrants who take advantage of our live course plus the Test Taking Skills Course Online. The Online Skills course teaches you how to take a test, and when you arrive at our live Interactive Course, you will implement these new methods in daily faculty-facilitated sessions. 

Peer Review Network - Course Roster

ABC embraces and encourages networking with your colleagues.  No one knows better what you're going through than your peers.  Therefore, we would like to include you in our Peer Review Network for the review course.  The roster of each attendee will include name and email.  Please contact Melissa Krauss by July 7th if you do not wish to be included.

Earning CME Category I Credit Hours:  

Please note that we are required by MAHEC to take attendance multiple times daily to verify CME credit. It is also imperative that you sign in each day and fill out your MAHEC attestation link each day during the course.

After the course...

Obtaining CME Credit Hours

Please make sure that you have completed all of your daily MAHEC attestation links. Approximately 1-2 weeks after the review course, you will receive an email from MAHEC (Mountain Area Health Education Center). In this email, there will be a link to complete a MAHEC evaluation. Once the MAHEC evaluation is complete, you will be able to click on your CME certificate.  For your reference, information on this process is located here.
