An on-site Case List Review (CLR) is a face-to-face session with the ABC faculty member of your choice to review your case list at our review course. The agenda is entirely yours, as we are here to help you in whatever way you desire. Make the best use of your time by coming prepared with a list of which cases you want reviewed.
- Choose subject or cases to be reviewed
- Simulates your oral exam
- 30 minutes with chosen faculty
We can use some or all of the time as a mock oral exam based on your ABOG case list. This is a good time to take baby steps if you're just starting, or take leaps and bounds by focusing on your problem cases.
"Please help others avoid my same mistake. Don't ignore your hunches. Get several opinions. Don't be victimized by claims of expertise. Make sure your reviewer actively practices medicine. Book knowledge is no substitute for surgical hands on, let alone making recommendations on how to construct/defend your case list." --SC
