Amanda Owens, DO, FACOG, is a highly accomplished and dedicated obstetrician-gynecologist based at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. She holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Walter Reed, where she has been serving as a staff physician since 2012. Additionally, Dr. Owens has held the role of Associate Program Director for the National Capital Consortium OB/GYN residency program since 2016, contributing significantly to the training and development of future physicians. Her academic influence extends to her current position as an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where she actively teaches and mentors medical students and residents in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
